Hello all!
I realized today that I forgot to put up a quick post on Monday declaring that I'm taking a week-long mini-hiatus from blogging. This is Adam's last week in the US before moving to Riyadh for a year, so I feel like these last handful of days are especially precious.
But I'll be back in full swing next week, by Tuesday at the latest, and I have a really awesome Mexican chocolate mousse to share with you, so be sure to tune back in. I swear to dios, it's going to make you think you've died and gone al cielo!
